Do I need an invitation?
No. Create a free account in the web app with your name, email and password, then complete onboarding. Confirm your bookmaker region and follow competitions to populate Matches. No payment is required to start. The sign-in screen also offers Google sign-in.
What does Free include?
Match browsing, filters, market previews, watchlists, Saved Views, tracking and saved-report reading. Verify your email to unlock 3 ordinary analyses per UTC week, resetting Monday at 00:00 UTC without rollover. Unverified accounts can browse but do not receive this allowance. No card required.
Can I try BlueZone without an account?
Yes. The public demo has fictional sample matches, filtering, explanations and a break-even calculator. It is not live odds, real predictions or anonymous AI generation. No account is needed.
How does the optional Plus preview work?
Eligible verified accounts can explicitly claim a one-time 7-day preview with 10 ordinary analyses. No card or automatic billing. It replaces Free while active, not an additive 3 plus 10. After expiry you return to your original Free weekly ledger, not a fresh bonus allowance. Existing paid and administrative entitlements take precedence.
Can I buy analyses without subscribing?
Yes. An optional one-time US$9 top-up includes 20 ordinary analyses with no expiry or paid subscription required. Included allowance is used first. These are analysis units, not betting funds. Refunds or disputes revoke remaining units of that purchase; no money-back guarantee is promised.
How much do Plus and Pro cost?
Plus costs US$29/month and includes 100 match analyses per billing month. Pro costs US$59/month and includes 250. These are the current new-customer offers, billed monthly in USD.
Does Pro have better analysis than Plus?
No. Plus and Pro provide the same analysis capabilities. Pro provides more monthly capacity, not a different analysis model or better predicted outcomes.
When does my allowance reset?
Verified Free resets Monday at 00:00 UTC. Paid allowances reset each billing month, not calendar month. Included weekly and monthly analyses do not roll over. Purchased top-up units do not expire. Account > Plans & Billing shows your allowance.
Does opening a saved report use an analysis?
No. Reading a previously saved report does not consume an analysis. Free accounts can continue reading their saved reports.
Is Deep Research included?
No. Deep Research remains in development and is excluded from Free, the optional Plus preview, subscriptions and top-ups.
How do I cancel or change plans?
Open Account > Plans & Billing and use Manage subscription to cancel renewal. Paid access continues until the end of the paid billing period, then the account returns to Free. No. Filters surface matches relevant to your approach, not guaranteed profitable bets. Review probability, price, freshness and uncertainty. You decide, including choosing not to bet.
Does BlueZone place bets or guarantee results?
No. BlueZone provides research and decision-support software. It does not accept or place wagers, hold betting funds or pay prizes. Estimates and model signals can be wrong, and no outcome or profit is guaranteed.
Are experimental or administrative tools included?
Shadow Betting, outcome-learning administration and Owner Access are not public subscription features. Screenshot import is currently owner-only and is not included in customer plans. Use the published comparison for the current customer-facing scope.
